Corn Relish

20 ears of corn removed from cob
4 bell peppers
3 medium onions
2 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. mustard


Chop all ingredients fine and mix together. Cook about 15-30 minutes then add 1/2 cup corn starch (made into a liquid with water). Bring to a boil again, then put in warm jars and seal. Cut everything very fine except for the corn.
