Order Information Placing Order Options - We accept purchase orders, it must be in writing and may be either faxed or mailed. Sorry, we are no longer able to accept verbal po's. You can also email us your order at seavcs@seaudiovisual.com or order online! Placing Order Tips - To speed up processing, we suggest that you get a freight quote first, then place your order. With the freight quote, we don't need to contact our warehouse to get an exact shipping charge amount, and your order will be processed right away. Orders received after 3:00pm CST will be processed the next business day. Tax Information - Most schools and churches are tax exempt, however we are required to collect taxes from the state of California. We request that you include your tax exempt letter with your order. Payment Methods Available - We accept the following credit cards: Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept purchase orders, they can be faxed or mailed to our office. Change or Cancel an Order - Please contact us immediately once you have submitted your order to see if your order has been processed. If it has not been processed, we can make changes. Charges could apply to orders already processed through our system. Shipping Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on our 3M overhead projectors when you buy 4 or more. Shipping Methods Available - We try to ship all orders UPS or FedEx whenever possible. Direct Truck Items are: Heavy, Pre-assembled, Oversized Items and Quantity Orders. Shipping Times - Most of our orders ship in 5-14 days. Shipping Rates - We have warehouses throughout the United States and our shipping rates vary. We will get your approval (email/phone/fax) on the exact shipping charges before we process your order. International Customers - We do not accept international orders at this time. Track Your Order - Please contact us, we'll be more than happy to provide you with the tracking information. Returns Return Policy - All returns must be approved in advance by SEAV Inc. customer service team. Process - You will be given a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. All returns must be in the original carton with the original packaging within 5 days of receipt of your order. Do not return product directly to SEAV unless otherwise specified. Restocking Fee - All undamaged merchandise returned may be subject to manufacturer's 30% restocking fee.
