Shipping & Handling: Southeastern Audio-Visual, Inc. ships orders from multiple warehouses. Shipping fees are not added to your order. We will get an accurate amount from our warehouses then we'll contact you by email with exact shipping charges for approval before processing your order. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please include freight quote # in comment box when ordering.

Returns: All returns must be approved in advance by SEAV Inc. customer service team. You will be given a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. All returns must be in the original carton with the original packaging within 5 days of receipt of your order. Do not return product directly to SEAV unless otherwise specified. All undamaged merchandise returned may be subject to manufacturer's 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways. Equipment marked for identification will be repaired and not replaced.

Discontinuations: Due to rapidly advancing technology manufacturer's are continually upgrading products. Please contact our hassle free customer service team for the latest information. Every effort will be made to notify you of any significant changes before we process your order.

Damages & Shortages: Notify an parties that will be receiving shipments to inspect all deliveries for damage, and please open boxes to inspect for any concealed damage. Please count all parcels (check against packing slip) and sign only for accurate amounts. We regret that freight industry standards are such that the persons signing for delivery are responsible for inspecting before accepting delivery. If visible damage or shortage has occurred, is is your right to REFUSE the damaged portion, and we will be happy to send a replacement ASAP or accept order and note damamge on the freight bill. Shortages, damaged shipments (concealed or otherwise) must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Terms: Open account charges will be made only to School Corporations (School Boards and Townships), Parochial Schools, Public Schools, Colleges or Universities. Purchase Order Accounts are due on the 10th and 25th net due within 30 days. Late payment may be subject to a 1.67% service charge on all past due accounts. All institutions with a tax exempt status must supply their Tax Exemption Certificate for our files prior to ordering. All incoming orders should include the Tax Exempt number for matching back to the original certificate on file. All other orders accompany order with check or credit card.

Fine Print: You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. Southeastern Audio Visual Inc. makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Southeastern Audio Visual, Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase of price of the product(s).
