Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Handling: Southeastern Audio-Visual, Inc. ships all orders UPS or FedEx whenever possible. Please 20% with a $6.99 minimum shipping and handling if not otherwise indicated. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, so please include your street address with your order.

Returns: All returns must be approved in advance by SEAV Inc. customer service team. You will be given a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. All returns must be in the original carton with the original packaging within 5 days of receipt of your order. Do not return product directly to SEAV unless otherwise specified. All undamaged merchandise returned may be subject to manufacturer's 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways. Equipment marked for identification will be repaired and not replaced.
