| Categories | Tessa's Salsa5 quarts tomatoes peeled and quarted
2 chopped onions 3 chopped green bell peppers 2-10 jalapeno peppers chopped with seeds 1/2 tsp. garlic powder OR 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tsp. canning salt Cook tomatoes down until desired consistency. Add peppers, onions, jalapeno peppers, and fresh garlic (if used instead of powder). Cook until vegetables are tender. Add spices, salt and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pack in canning jars and seal then process in boiling water bath. Pints- 30 minutes Quarts- 40 minutes
