1 can white hominy 1 small can diced green chilies 1 (6 oz.) jar pimentos, finely chopped 3 green onions, thinly sliced 1 bell pepper, finely chopped 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing; mix according to package directions, but ONLY use 1/4 cup salad oil. Pour dressing over black-eyed pea mixture. Best if refrigerated over night.
