Vegetarian Meatballs

Saute
2 medium Onions, chopped
4 T. oil

Mix
4 Eggs slightly beaten
1 cup Vegeburger
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 T. Soy sauce
1 T. Liquid smoke
1 dash of Celery salt

Add...
2 c. Pecans, chopped
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella
1 3/4 c. crushed Saltines
Sauteed onions


Shape in balls, place on greased dish, place in refrigerator to firm. Pour barbecue sauce over meatballs and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.


BBQ Sauce
Saute one medium chopped onion in 1/2 cup butter,
add 1 cup of catsup,
1/4 cup brown sugar,
1/2 tsp. chili powder,
1 tsp. salt,
and 1 tsp. liquid smoke.
Cook until thick.
